Larissa is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
She has always enjoyed mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals. Her experiences riding horses and training at a national level highlighted for her the importance of self-care. This lead her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy in order to pass this passion on to others while assisting people in their own healing process
Larissa has had many experiences with pain management and is eager to assist others along the path of healing with patient-centred care using therapeutic and relaxation techniques while providing a safe space. She believes in a thorough assessment and history taking for in order to understand your journey to wellness. Larissa utilizes many techniques to catered to each individual including Swedish massage, pettrisage, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations, and stretching. Larissa has experience treating numerous conditions from chronic and acute injuries, headaches, strains, sprains, overall stress and pregnancy.
In her free time, Larissa loves riding horses, dirt bikes, as well as camping and going side-by-siding in the mountains with her husband and son. She loves the outdoors and has a passion for animals and helping people.
